Christopher Buckley, Attorney at Law, received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with High Distinction, the equivalent of magna cum laude. He received his law degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2004. During his law school career, he served as an attorney intern with the San Francisco District Attorney’s office.
After law school, he began representing medical and legal professionals in malpractice actions as an associate attorney with Ed Dudensing, one of the preeminent elder abuse trial attorneys in State of California. This is where he found his calling.
In 2015, he formed his own practice to represent victims of nursing home neglect and abuse, a cause about which he feels passionately. Mr. Buckley has handled numerous wrongful death cases on behalf of abused and neglected elders and dependent adults. Mr. Buckley was part of the team that secured the largest nursing home verdict awarded in the history of Sacramento County and one of the largest nursing home judgments entered in the State of California.
Chris is currently a member of the Nursing Home Litigation Group of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and lives with his family and Australian Labradoodle, Moose, in Berkeley, California.
